**Job Summary:**
We are seeking a motivated and customer-oriented Sales Representative to join our dynamic sales team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for automobiles and a drive to exceed sales targets while building lasting relationships with customers. As a Sales Representative, you will guide customers through the car-buying process, ensuring they find the perfect vehicle to meet their needs.

**Key Responsibilities:**
- Greet customers and provide a warm and welcoming experience during their visit to the dealership.
- Assist customers in selecting vehicles by understanding their needs, preferences, and budget.
- Conduct product demonstrations and test drives of vehicles.
- Provide accurate information on Honda vehicles, features, pricing, and financing options.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to foster loyalty and repeat business.
- Collaborate with the finance team to help customers secure financing and complete paperwork.
- Follow up with leads and prospects through phone calls, emails, and in-person meetings.
- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets while adhering to dealership policies and procedures.
- Stay updated on product knowledge, industry trends, and competitor offerings to effectively communicate with customers.
- Participate in dealership events and promotions to drive sales and community engagement.

**Qualifications:**
- Proven experience in automotive sales or a related field is preferred, but not required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused attitude.
- Ability to build rapport and establish trust with customers.
- Self-motivated and results-oriented with a strong desire to succeed.
- Familiarity with CRM software and basic computer skills.
- Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in sales or related fields is a plus.
