We are seeking a dynamic and goal-driven Business Development Center (BDC) Representative to join our team. This role offers an excellent opportunity to earn through an hourly wage plus bonuses for appointments that show up and result in sales.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond promptly to inbound and outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and online chats.
- Schedule and confirm sales appointments for potential customers.
- Follow up with leads and previous customers to ensure continued engagement.
- Coordinate with the sales team to track appointment progress and ensure a smooth customer experience.
- Accurately document customer interactions and update records in the CRM system.
- Meet or exceed appointment and sales targets, earning incentives for appointments that show up and for those that result in vehicle purchases.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a customer service, call center, or BDC role (experience in the automotive industry is a plus).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
- Proficiency with CRM software and basic computer skills.
- Positive attitude with a passion for helping customers.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
