Lumberton Honda Sales Rep
Lumberton Honda is seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for automotive sales and customer service, along with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Job Duties:
- Greet customers and provide information about Honda vehicles and their features
- Assist customers in selecting a vehicle that meets their needs and budget
- Conduct test drives and demonstrate vehicle features to potential customers
- Negotiate pricing and financing options with customers
- Close sales and complete all necessary paperwork
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business
- Meet sales targets and goals set by the sales manager
- Stay current on product knowledge, pricing, and incentives
- Participate in sales training and workshops to improve sales skills
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in automotive sales is preferred but not required
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Strong negotiation skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Self-motivated and driven to succeed
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
