Stone Mountain Honda - Receptionist

Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Job Summary: The Receptionist at Stone Mountain Honda plays a crucial role in creating a positive first impression for our clients and visitors. This position involves managing the front desk, answering and directing phone calls, and providing general administrative support.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Greet and assist visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
  2. Answer and direct incoming phone calls to the appropriate departments.
  3. Manage and distribute incoming and outgoing mail.
  4. Maintain a tidy and organized reception area.
  5. Provide basic information to clients and visitors about the dealership.
  6. Assist with administrative tasks as needed, including data entry and filing.
  7. Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth communication.
  8. Uphold a high standard of customer service.

Qualifications:

  1. Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role is preferred.
  2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  3. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  4. Professional demeanor and appearance.

Preferred Qualifications but not required:

  1. Some experience using CDK (Computerized Dealer Management System).
  2. Familiarity with I.N. Honda (Honda's internal systems).
  3. Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite.
